A clean and comfortable 62 unit 1960s motor inn and it’s sister two story Snowdrift next door are on 16 acres with outdoor pool. The Rosenblooms have been coming to this motel since the 60s and many continue to use it as their base. On the Stowe 5 mile recreation/bike path. The new massive 312 room luxury 5 star resort is at the base of the mountain. The spa has 19 treatment rooms. Most rooms include fireplace, efficiency kitchenette and balcony. The Governor’s House in Hyde Park, Hyde Park

An 1893 historic mansion built by the then Vermont governor. Situated in the tiny hamlet of Hyde Park, 5 minute drive to the Rosenblooms’ HydeAway Farm and near the Webster Barn wedding venue. Nine miles and twenty minutes to Stowe. The town of Hyde Park simply has a café and library. 8 rooms and one handicapped access room. While secluded, it’s a short 20 minute drive to Stowe. Closer is the small town of Morrisville with large grocery and our all-time favorite Bee’s Knees Coffee House and restaurant with live folk music at night. Complementary three-course breakfast at the Governor’s House which always includes home-made bread or muffins. There is one handicap room accessible by a ramp but to internally reach the other public rooms you must either walk down three stairs in the house or exit the house and enter the main public rooms from another outside ramp.
